With soprano Jennifer Perez\, violinist Stephen Redfield\, cellist Katie Rietman\, and harpsichordist Charlotte Mattax-Moersch\, we’ll explore his cantatas\, sonatas\, opera and oratorio arias\, and overtures. \nBorn in Germany\, with an influential trip to Italy at the age of 20 provided by a member of the Medici family\, then settling eventually in London where he triumphed as the master of opera\, Handel was known throughout Europe and celebrated. His melodic\, harmonic\, and dramatic genius was influential far beyond the cities where he lived and worked. \nWe perform on instruments \, strings\, and bows that would have been the type used in the Baroque era\, and try bring to life the way the composer would likely have heard his own music at the time it was composed.  Join us for a fun afternoon of Handelian delights! \nJennifer Perez\, soprano\nStephen Redfield\, violin\nKatie Rietman\, cello\nCharlotte Mattax-Moersch\, harpsichordist[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″ offset=”vc_hidden-xs”][vc_single_image image=”16861″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” qode_css_animation=”element_from_fade”][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”center” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern” z_index=””][vc_column][vc_row_inner row_type=”row” type=”full_width” text_align=”left” css_animation=””][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”21190″ img_size=”200″ style=”vc_box_circle_2″ alignment=”center” qode_css_animation=””][vc_empty_space height=”12px”][vc_column_text] \nJennifer Perez\nsoprano \n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”21189″ img_size=”200″ style=”vc_box_circle_2″ alignment=”center” qode_css_animation=””][vc_empty_space height=”12px”][vc_column_text] \nStephen Redfield\nviolin \n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”21188″ img_size=”200″ style=”vc_box_circle_2″ alignment=”center” qode_css_animation=””][vc_empty_space height=”12px”][vc_column_text] \nKatie Rietman\ncello \n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”21187″ img_size=”200″ style=”vc_box_circle_2″ alignment=”center” qode_css_animation=””][vc_empty_space height=”12px”][vc_column_text] \nCharlotte Mattax-Moersch\nharpsichordist \n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_empty_space]RESERVE YOUR TICKETS HERE[vc_empty_space][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern”][vc_column][vc_separator css_animation=”none” type=”normal” thickness=”1″ up=”40″ down=”10″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern”][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Questions?
